Refund Policy

General Return Conditions: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, sealed in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including sale items, digital products, delivery charges, and turnkey simulator systems. Turnkey simulators, whether pre-configured or custom-built, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of verified defect or damage.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted in cases where a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, or in specific cases approved by Sim Werks Internet Retail.

Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@simwerks.com.qa.

Payment Fees: Payment gateway and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

 

Turn-Key Systems Builds

Deposit & Payment: Custom simulator builds require a 50% deposit to initiate the order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery.

Before Build Begins: If a customer cancels the order before sourcing or production begins, a full refund will be issued, excluding any payment gateway fees.

After Build Begins: Once sourcing of components has begun, 15% of the total order value will be non-refundable to cover procurement and handling costs.

After Build Completion: Once the simulator build has been completed, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable due to the customized nature of the product.

Determination Clause: Sim Werks Internet Retail reserves the right to determine when sourcing, production, and build completion stages have commenced.
