01 What's included in a turn-key rig?
Every rig ships with the chassis, racing seat, wheelbase, steering wheel, pedal set, display(s), and a PC tuned to the display configuration. Assembly, wiring, firmware, and on-site calibration are included.
02 How long does a build take?
Four to six weeks from spec sign-off to on-site hand-over. Lead times shift seasonally; an engineer will confirm the current window when you request a quote.
03 Do you install on-site?
Yes. Professional on-site installation is available on all builds. We handle delivery, assembly, calibration, and a full walkthrough.
04 Can I customize a rig?
Yes — each tier is a starting point. Wheel, pedal, display, seat, and PC spec can be upgraded. We'll spec any combination within a tier.
05 What happens if something breaks?
Every rig carries a manufacturer warranty on hardware plus a Sim Werks can provide remote support. On-site service is available if needed.
06 Which sims and games are supported?
Every major title — iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Automobilista 2, rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate, and more. Profiles are pre-configured per title based on customers needs so you can jump straight into a session.
